This is a list of the accounting information we need to do the accounting properly.
For an accounting period we need information about all transactions within the period’s dates. Transactions can be in the form of
- Bank statements for all active accounts.
With a power of attorney we can retrive this information autonomously. - Tax account statement.
With a power of attorney for taxes we can retrieve this information autonomously. - Vendor invoices.
- Credit card purchase specifications
- Other purchase receipts
- Travel bills
- Sales invoices and cash register reports.
- Contracts such as lease contracts for a car.
To bookkeep representation (lunch, dinner etc) the participants and their company names need to be specified with the recipts.
